During an October 15 appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Kim joined in on Cooper’s viral “Confess of Text” game, where guests spill secrets straight from their phones. When asked how much she actually spends on hair and makeup, Kim hesitated for a second before admitting, “Well… a lot.”
But here’s where things get interesting. Kim doesn’t always foot the bill herself. Sometimes, she said, her glam costs are covered by the projects she’s working on.
“If I’m filming my show, then they pay for it,” Kardashian explained. “If I’m working, then they pay for it. So I try to get it all paid for so that I don’t personally have to pay for it.”

Host Alex Cooper, of course, wasn’t about to let her off easy. She pressed Kim for a real number, asking for a ballpark figure. “A tally,” Cooper said. “I mean, I don’t have a concept of what, like, certain simple things cost,” Kim admitted while thinking it through. “Let me think about this.”
Then came the big reveal. “Like six figures? Seven figures?” Cooper asked. Without missing a beat, Kim responded, “It could be a million dollars, you know.”
And just to seal the deal, touching her glossy black waves, Kim laughed about her not-so-natural locks, adding, “My hair isn’t cheap…We braid it up and glue it on top.”
