Ariana Grande is low-key preparing us for a future where she’s… not touring? Yep. On Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, she revealed that her 2026 Eternal Sunshine tour is meant to be her “one last hurrah.”
*I’m not crying, you’re crying. Like girl, you just came back.*
“It’s going to be beautiful and I’m so grateful that — I think that’s why I’m doing it because I’m like, ‘One last hurrah.’ For now,” she told Poehler.
Ariana Hints She’s Taking a Break From Music
Ari didn’t spill any real tour details (classic), but she made it super clear she’s stepping away from the pop-star grind for a while.
“I don’t want to say any definitive things. I do know that I’m very excited to do this small tour, but I think it might not happen again for a long, long, long, long time,” she said.
I mean, I respect the honesty. But I’m still crying buckets over here.
Ariana Says She Wants to Focus On Her Acting Career
Ari also said she doesn’t see her next ten years looking anything like the last decade. “I think the last 10 to 15 years will look very different to the ones that are coming up,” she disclosed.
She explained that branching out from music has made her feel more connected to who she actually is.
“I spent so much time only doing pop music — but I grew up as a girl who loved musical theater and comedy. So I think the thing that will be best for my soul and also my art and for what I’m giving to myself to, is if I’m chasing things that feel very right in the moment,” she said.
Full-circle energy.
“Even if it’s mundane it needs to be something different. I am doing a movie right now because it’s a role that I read the script and I love it and it’s funny and I love the cast and I’m so excited,” Grande added.
Hollywood Ariana Loading…
Between filming, Wicked, and her freshly announced return to Ryan Murphy’s universe for American Horror Story Season 13, Ariana’s truly in her actress era.
She’s also starring in Ben Stiller’s upcoming movie Focker-In-Law, which I cannot wait for.
“Then I’m doing a small stint of shows next year because that is something that authentically sounded good to me,” she told Poehler.
“I think following those authentic impulses feels like a really good idea.”
@tmz Ariana Grande’s already plotting her next chapter — and it sure sounds like she’s ready to pump the brakes on music, especially when it comes to hitting the road! 🎥: Good Hang with Amy Poehler FULL STORY IN BIO!

Her First Tour in Six Years
Ariana’s Eternal Sunshine tour will be her first time on stage since the Sweetener world tour in 2019, which feels like centuries ago. I mean, we’re talking pre-Covid days.
But after earning an Oscar nomination for her role as Glinda in Wicked, can you even blame Ari for wanting to focus on acting? If this really is her last tour for a long time… I’m just glad she’s choosing what feels right for her, even if my heart needs a minute.
