Mama Kelce wants a Swiftie baby too — she’s basically one of us.
During the Sept. 22 episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis and Jason Kelce revealed that their mom, Donna, has been ranking her kids based on one thing only: who’s giving her grandkids.
And apparently, she’s not afraid to throw a little shade at her NFL superstar son, who just got engaged to Taylor Swift.
Travis’ Mom Wants a Grandchild ASAP
It all started when guest Deion Sanders joined the Kelce brothers and joked about how parents secretly “rank” their kids. “Y’all, parents rank y’all. Y’all just don’t know,” Sanders said.
Jason jumped in without hesitation. “No, for sure. Mom’s always had Travis number one. I do know.”
But Travis wasn’t buying it anymore. “Listen, right now, Mom has Jason number one because he has kids,” the tight end argued. And Jason admitted it was true. “That is true. She has said that. She has made that comment. She has put some pressure on him.”
That’s when Sanders piled on, turning straight to Travis. “But what you waiting on though? What you waiting for?”
Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Ready for Kids?
Travis didn’t give an answer, just a laugh. But let’s be real, when your mom is putting the heat on and Deion Sanders is joining in, the pressure is real.
Despite this, it is rumored that Taylor and Travis “absolutely want a family.” A source exclusively told Us Weekly following the couple’s engagement announcement: “Their dream is to have kids.” The insider also revealed that the pair will “not wait too long” before starting a family.
Jason, on the other hand, is already firmly in the No. 1 spot. He and wife Kylie have four daughters: Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and baby Finley, who was born earlier this year.
Basically, Donna’s favorite ranking is all about who’s supplying the grandkids — and Travis just got bumped.
Donna Is Already Sentimental About Travis + Taylor
Still, even if Travis is currently second best in the sibling hierarchy, Donna is living for his engagement to Taylor Swift.
A People insider revealed, “Donna is already saving little things from this time like photos, notes, and flowers. She is very sentimental about it. She wants to remember every detail, so she has been holding onto mementos from their first days as an engaged couple.”
She even updated her Facebook cover photo to a fan’s tweet about the engagement. The post included baby pics of both Travis and Taylor with the caption: “THEY ARE GETTING MARRIED.”
So yeah, Donna is clearly ready for wedding bells — and maybe some baby rattles too.
