Right after dropping Scared of Loving You—where Selena opens up about her relationship fears—her fiancé Benny Blanco is getting real about his own.
In their first joint interview for Interview Magazine, the newly-engaged couple opened up about their love story and their collaborative album, I Said I Love You First. But one thing that Benny made clear during the chat was his fear of losing Selena.
Benny Blanco Thinks Selena Might Leave Him
Benny poured his heart out during the interview, making vulnerable confessions about his thoughts on Selena:
“I worship the ground she walks on…There’s no ego between us. She’s praying for me to win and I’m praying for her to win…Holding her isn’t close enough. I want to be inside of her whole body. I just feel a thing for her that I can’t even explain. I’m so sappy.”
But during the chill conversation, Benny also got real about his fears and anxieties. After sharing the sweetest words about his fiancée, he also got candid about his worries—that Selena might change her mind and leave him.
After admitting that he wakes up every morning thinking about how to “make Selena’s life better” (cue the awws!), Benny dropped the sad confession:
“I’m so scared she’s just going to wake up and be like, “What? No.”
Benny, babe, after those adorable words? We highly doubt it.
Why is Benny Feeling Insecure in His Relationship?
I mean, dating THE Selena Gomez would probably make any guy a little nervous, but Benny has more reasons to feel this way. Ever since the couple went public, the music producer has been dealing with mean comments about his looks from fans online.

Selena Says Benny is “Stuck with Her”
