Things are getting messy online, and this time Hailey Bieber is right in the middle of it. The model and Rhode billionaire has reportedly sent a cease and desist to a content creator who posted videos analyzing her relationship with Justin Bieber—and the creator is not staying quiet about it.
The Content Creator at the Center of the Drama
Content creator “Julie Theis” took to social media to reveal that she allegedly received a cease and desist letter from Hailey Bieber’s legal team after posting videos discussing Hailey and Justin’s marriage.
In one of her Instagram videos, Julie made it clear she wasn’t trying to start drama, at least in her eyes.

“What I shared were my opinions. It was a psychological and sociological thought piece on why some relationships last. And being offended by the opinions I have does not entitle you to erase people’s voices. This is so elitist to me. Truly, behold the temper tantrums of the rich.”
Yeah. She did not hold back.
The Video That Allegedly Angered Hailey
The video in question reportedly analyzed what Julie described as “romanticized” celebrity relationships. In the TikTok, she claimed that some of these relationships “only work because the woman is a tolerant co-dependent.”
She went even further, saying these women put up with mediocracy and abuse just to stay in the relationship—and added that “there is no better example” of this than Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber.

Unsurprisingly, that did not land well.
Did Hailey Repost the Video? She Says Absolutely Not
Julie claims the situation escalated after Hailey allegedly reposted the video. Hailey, however, has completely shut that down.

The Rhode founder addressed the controversy directly on Instagram Stories, making it clear she wanted no part in the clip circulating online. She also dismissed ongoing rumors about trouble in her marriage.
“I know you guys who live on the internet are really bored, but I didn’t repost any video speaking on my relationship.”
She wrapped it up with a calmer sign-off, adding, “Have a beautiful Saturday!”

The Internet Isn’t Convinced
Despite Hailey’s denial, the comments section quickly turned into a digital courtroom. Some users insisted they found the video through Hailey’s account, while others suggested that if it was reposted, it might’ve been accidental.
Either way, Hailey’s statement was meant to shut it all down and officially distance herself from the claims. This TikTok video makes total sense now:
Julie Fires Back Again
Julie, however, isn’t buying it. She doubled down with another statement, accusing Hailey of contradicting herself.
“Keep in mind that all this is blowing up because Hailey reposted the video of my thoughts. And then of course she tried to say she didn’t, even though screenshots exist. Now she’s sending me a cease and desist on a video she allegedly never saw.”
And just like that, what started as a relationship analysis has turned into a full-blown internet standoff.
